Before you settle in and make yourself comfortable, we would like to introduce you to the rules and regulations of this furnished holiday home. Understanding and respecting them will allow everyone to have a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Careful reading of the house rules will ensure that your deposit is not reduced on departure.

General rules

Treat this flat with the same respect as your own. We have gone to great lengths to make it a pleasant space for you to enjoy.
Please ensure that the apartment is kept clean throughout your stay, as this will make your departure much easier! And don’t forget the dishes!
Accidental damage can happen. It is essential to inform us immediately.
Respecting and preserving the environment is everyone’s business. Turn off the lights when you are not in the rooms, do not turn up the heating, the flat is well insulated.
The cupboard in the downstairs room is private and locked. Do not try to open it.

Noise pollution

We hope you have lots of laughs and fun during your stay! However, we would appreciate it if you could be careful and keep the noise to a minimum out of respect for the neighbours and the condominium.

Like our holiday rental, our neighborhood is important to us.

The other residents of the building live here full time.

Please be respectful of the community and try to keep the noise level as low as possible, especially after dark. Respecting the people and property around you will make your holiday and stay more enjoyable.

Please avoid making noise between 11pm and 8am to allow neighbours to sleep peacefully.
If neighbouring residents report excessive noise or unruly behaviour, we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the holiday rental agreement. This may result in the loss of the security deposit and the rental amount.
In the event of a dispute or complaint from a neighbour, it is your duty to inform us as soon as reasonably possible.

Children

We try to make our holiday accommodation as child-friendly as possible.

That said, parents still have the ultimate responsibility to ensure the safety of their children at all times.

If you find that something is unsafe or needs to be adjusted in the flat, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fix the problem. Please note that the stairs are a bit steep. Children should not use it without an adult to prevent them from falling.

To keep our property child-friendly, we ask you to
